Every single day begins at 4:00 AM, when our dedicated team meticulously hand-selects organic corn-fed chicken and prepares the custom mortar-ground ginger and garlic paste. We slow-brew our rich chicken broth over hours, capturing the golden oil to cook our premium long-grain rice to fragrant perfection.
Mr. Tan Kok Leong has dedicated 40 years to crafting chicken rice. His master preparation technique ensures each slice of chicken is juicy, succulent, and accompanied by the perfect layer of skin-gelatine.
